Academy of Art Academy volition exist opening select labs, shops and studios for grade homework during the Jump 2022 Semester. In order to promote a safe and healthy learning environment, nosotros are limiting onsite traffic in nigh areas where technology tin be served in a virtual setting. This change volition have an impact to Bookish Facility designations inside most majors equally Course Fee entitlements for onsite computer labs are being waived or replaced with Virtual Lab Access. In addition, nosotros will be utilizing our WebCheckout Reservation System to make reservations remotely and in accelerate to coming on campus. The implementation of WebCheckout is necessary to place contact and adds another level of support with safety measures.

Galleries

Come experience emerging artists at one of our four galleries across San Francisco. Featuring the work of students, alumni, and faculty from Academy of Art University, each gallery is designed to promote the work of our customs and promote the arts in the Bay Expanse. All gain benefit the artists and the University of Art University's Scholarship Fund.

Shuttles

Free for all students and staff members, our shuttle service is designed to become you efficiently and safely effectually our urban campus in San Francisco. Shuttle stops are located nearly all university buildings–all you demand is your ID bill of fare. Login to plan your trips for the solar day and savour the ride.

Library

Discover a wealth of fine art and pattern information in our fully stocked library. Bask our DVD theater, stock photography and illustrations, enquiry databases, and virtual reference textile on a multifariousness of subjects. Machine Museum

1965 Aston Martin

Former Academy of Art University President Richard A. Stephens has e'er had a penchant for cars—a passion passed down to his girl and current President Dr. Elisa Stephens. Wanting to offer industrial pattern students unparalleled reference material, the motorcar museum hosts a wealth of beautifully crafted historical automobiles right in our industrial design building.

The museum is open up to the public, and we invite you lot to come by and feel automotive history for yourself.

All proceeds from admission volition benefit the Rotary Club and the Boys & Girls Club.

Chapel

Visit our chapel at the St. Brigid edifice, an official landmark in San Francisco. Painstakingly restored and seismically upgraded, the building features ornate interiors with extensive stained glass windows by famed artist Harry Clarke, a pipe organ, and soaring ceilings.

The chapel at St. Brigid is open for customs uses, public assemblies, and memorials, and University alumni may asking its use for wedding ceremonies. Used for lectures, meetings, presentations, and class sessions, information technology's truly a sight to behold.
